Symposium on Behavioral Economics in Policy Making

The Lahore School of Economics and B4Development (formerly Qatar Behavioral Insights Unit), jointly hosted the Symposium on Behavioral Economics in Policy Making on the 3rd of September, at the Emerald Half B&C, Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore. The symposium hosted key policy makers from the government and renowned local and international academics. Discussion was focused on experiences and insights from successful behavioral programs from around the world on the role Behavioral Economics can play in matters of compliance, public finance and accountability, with a view to engaging key decision makers from within the government and promoting use of behavioral interventions in the context of Pakistan.
