Applied Development Economics Seminar Series

The Centre for Research in Economics and Business (CREB) at the Lahore School of Economics, in collaboration with the International Growth Centre (IGC) and Consortium for Development Policy Research (CDPR) is happy to announce the launch of a new Applied Development Economics Seminar Series. The online ADE Seminar Series will keep the spirit of the annual ADE conference alive by allowing researchers in the field of development economics, particularly those working in Pakistan, the opportunity to (i) network; and (ii) receive feedback on their research.

The virtual seminar will meet weekly via Zoom on Tuesdays, at 4 00 pm – 5 00 pm PKT (11 00 am – 12 00 pm GMT) — exceptions will be announced ahead of time. Seminars will consist of a 45 minute research paper presentation followed by 15 minutes of Q&A. Seminar recordings will also be available on our YouTube channel.
