Shaheen Naseer

Shaheen Naseer is a Postdoctoral Researcher at University of Oxford, member of Oxford Martin Programme  and a External Research Fellow at CREB. She has diverse research interests in the broad areas of development economics and political economy with a special focus on evidence-based policy design. In her research Shaheen conducts randomized evaluation to identify causal effects of soft skills training on agents’ behavior in various private and public organizations in Pakistan.  Shaheen’s ongoing research includes investigating the role of effective altruism, measuring inefficiency with list experiments and exploring how agents’ decisions are influenced by social norms and laws.
